On September 24-26, 2015 in Nizhny Novgorod, the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) will host the II International сonference “Modern Econometric Tools and Applications”.

I will speake on September 25 as part of the 5s session on the topic “The long-term trends on Russian electricity markets: comparison of empirical mode and wavelet decompositions” (Dmitriy O. Afanasyev, Elena A. Fedorova).
